ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
 
 
The United States of America, having filed a motion for extension of time to respond to 
the defendant’s motion for judgment of acquittal and motion for new trial, and the Court finding 
good cause therefore: 
 
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the government’s motion is granted.  The government 
shall file its response to the defendant’s motion for judgment of acquittal no later than February 
16, 2024, and its response to the defendant’s motion for new trial no later than February 26, 2024.
