This cause comes before the Court on the Unopposed Motion of Defendant Eric Dean 
Sheppard to Reschedule Arraignment and Report Re: Counsel (“Unopposed Motion”). [ECF No. 
10]. The Government does not object to the relief sough in the Unopposed Motion. The Court, 
being fully advised, hereby  
 
ORDERS and ADJUDGES:  
1. The Motion, [ECF No. 10], is GRANTED.  
2. For the reason stated in the Motion, Defendant’s arraignment, and report re: counsel is 
rescheduled to July 22, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. 
 
3. The time between July 15, 2022 and July 22, 2022 is hereby excluded from the Speedy 
Trial Act calculations.
