This matter comes before the Court on the Unopposed Motion of Defendant Eric Dean 
Sheppard to Reschedule Arraignment and Report Re: Counsel (“Unopposed Motion”) [D.E. ___]. 
The Government does not object to the relief sought in the Unopposed Motion. The Court, being 
fully advised, hereby 
 
ORDERS and ADJUDGES: 
1. 
The Motion [D.E. ___] is GRANTED. 
2. 
For the reasons stated in the Motion, Eric Dean Sheppard’s arraignment and report 
re: counsel is rescheduled to July 22, 2022 at _____.  
3. 
The time between July 15, 2022 and July 22, 2022 is hereby excluded from the 
Speedy Trial Act calculations.
