UNITED STATES’ MOTION TO CONTINUE SENTENCING 
 
 
The United States of America moves to continue the sentencing hearing 
in this case currently set for June 21, 2022 for a period of 30 days, and in 
support of its motion states as follows: 
 
The United States recently received additional information responsive 
to a grand jury subpoena that had previously not been provided.  The 
information relates to the defendant’s two additional PPP applications, only 
one of which is mentioned in the presentence report.  Additional time is 
requested so that the United States can review those documents and provide 
that information to all parties, to include the United States Probation Office.   
 
Before filing this motion, the undersigned attempted to confer with 
Watson’s counsel regarding the request for a continuance but had not received 
a response as of the filing of this motion.
