Defendant present with Counsel. The Court, on the record, states it is in possession of 
the new plea agreement that was provided to the Court today which contains the 
defendant’s initials on each page that were previously missing from the document that 
was filed at docket entry 29. Counsel, on the record, ensures no further handwritten 
changes have been made to the plea agreement. The Clerk of Court will docket an 
amended plea agreement after the conclusion of the hearing. 
 
Defendant sworn. Court advised defendant of rights, minimum/maximum penalties, 
elements of the offense and sentencing guidelines. The Court finds the Defendant to be 
competent to enter a guilty plea today if she chooses to do so. The Defendant, both on the 
record and in writing, consents to proceed with the plea before the Magistrate Judge and 
waives the 14-day objection period. The Government waives that period as well. Court 
reads in detail from the Plea Agreement. Proffer of facts by the Government. Factual basis 
established. Defendant entered a plea of guilty to Count Two of the Indictment.  
 
Court will recommend the plea to be accepted. Report and Recommendation to follow. 
Sentencing to be set by separate notice before the District Court Judge.  
 
The Court reminds the defendant to continue to comply with all conditions of her order 
setting conditions of release on personal recognizance pending her sentencing hearing.
