DEFENDANT DAVID ANTONETTI’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO ALLOW 
PRETRIAL SERVICES TO PRODUCE PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION TO 
DEFENSE COUNSEL 
 
Defendant David Antonetti respectfully moves for an order allowing Pretrial 
Services to produce to defense counsel the psychiatric evaluation Mr. Antonetti 
underwent. To support this motion, Mr. Antonetti states the following: 
1. 
Mr. Antonetti is charged with wire fraud. (Doc. 1).  
2. 
As part of his pretrial conditions of release, the Court ordered Mr. 
Antonetti to undergo a mental-health evaluation and receive any appropriate 
treatment. (Doc. 18 at 2).  
3. 
Before the undersigned was appointed, Mr. Antonetti underwent a 
psychiatric evaluation, which recommended psychiatric medication and counseling.  
4. 
The undersigned obtained that information about the results of the 
evaluation by emailing the Intensive Supervision Specialist from Pretrial Services 
(Kadi Murray) assigned to Mr. Antonetti.  
5. 
But Ms. Murray advised that she could not share the actual psychiatric 
evaluation with the undersigned without a Court order.

The undersigned needs Mr. Antonetti’s actual evaluation to determine 
whether any competency issues exist, ensure that Mr. Antonetti receives necessary 
treatment, determine whether mitigating factors exist for the government’s 
consideration, and to otherwise evaluate this case.

The undersigned conferred with Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher 
Poor, who has no objection to Mr. Antonetti’s requested relief.  
Therefore, Mr. Antonetti respectfully requests that the Court enter an order 
allowing Pretrial Services to produce a copy of Mr. Antonetti's psychiatric evaluation 
to defense counsel.
