Defendant David Antonetti files this waiver of Speedy Trial. In support, Mr. 
Antonetti states the following: 
1. 
Mr. Antonetti is charged with wire fraud. (Doc. 1). 
2. 
Mr. Antonetti's jury trial is currently set for the trial term beginning 
September 3, 2024. (Doc. 13). 
3. 
Mr. Antonetti understands that he has a right to a Speedy Trial under the 
Sixth Amendment as well as the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161. 
4. 
Knowing and understanding his right to a speedy trial, Mr. Antonetti 
waives his right to a speedy trial. 
5. 
Mr. Antonetti agrees to continue his September 3, 2024 trial date as 
necessary to ensure that the ends of justice are served. See 18 U.S.C. § 316l(h)(7).
