This matter is before the Court on the Government’s Motion for Final Order of 
Forfeiture for property seized from Defendant Darrell Thomas.  The Court entered 
the Consent Preliminary Order of Forfeiture on August 4, 2021 [Doc. 265], 
forfeiting 
the 
following 
property 
to 
the 
United 
States 
pursuant

18 U.S.C. §§ 982(a)(1) and (2): 
a. $341,151.47 in funds seized from Bank of America account number 
XXXXXX3940 held in the name of Bellator Phront Group, LLC. 
b. $1,113,113.97 in funds seized from Bank of America account number 
XXXXXX4823 held in the name of Elite Executive Services, Inc. 
c. $536,875.00 in funds seized from Bank of America account number 
XXXXXX8102 held in the name of Bellator Phront Group, Inc. 
d. $131,610.00 in United States Currency.

A Supplemental Consent Preliminary Order of Forfeiture was entered on May 
9, 2022, [Doc. 468], forfeiting the following property to the United States: 
a. $151,395.22 in funds seized from MetaBank account number 
XXXXXXXX6687 held in the name Rapid Pay Card for Bellator 
Phront Group, LLC. 
In 
order 
to 
comply 
with 
the 
notice 
requirements 
set 
forth 
in                       
21 U.S.C. § 853(n)(1), as incorporated by 28 U.S.C. § 2461(c), the United States 
published notice of the forfeiture action on the official government internet site 
forfeiture.gov for at least thirty consecutive days.   
The United States also sent notice of the forfeiture to all known third parties 
who may have an interest in the property.

On July 1, 2022, Attorney Gregory Snell filed a petition, on behalf of William 
Shaffer d/b/a Daytona Beach Imports Inc d/b/a Auto Pawn of Daytona as to 
the 2017 Acura NSX, VIN 19UNC1B08HY000536. [Doc. 510]. On December 16, 
2022, the United States entered into a Stipulated Settlement Agreement as to 
Daytona Beach Imports Inc d/b/a Auto Pawn of Daytona (“Claimant”). (Doc. 
644). The United States agreed that, upon entry of a Final Order of Forfeiture of 
the 2017 Acura NSX, VIN 19UNC1B08HY000536, and the sale of the vehicle, the 
United States will pay Claimant $50,000.00 in full settlement and satisfaction of 
any and all claims by Claimant to this vehicle. (Doc. 644 ¶ 3). No one else has 
filed a claim to the remaining above-listed assets and the deadline for doing so 
has expired. 
This Court having found that the Defendant has an interest in the property 
subject to forfeiture, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 982(a)(1) and (2), and that no one 
filed a petition claiming an interest in the above-listed property, it is hereby 
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that: 
1. Final forfeiture judgment against the following property is hereby 
entered pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 982(a)(1) and (2): 
a. 341,151.47 in funds seized from Bank of America account number 
XXXXXX3940 held in the name of Bellator Phront Group, LLC.

2. All right, title and interest in the above-listed property is hereby 
condemned, forfeited, and vested in the United States and shall be 
disposed of according to law.  
3. The United States District Court shall retain jurisdiction in this case for 
the purpose of enforcing this Order.
