DARA BUCK ) ) ) ) ) Case No. 4:22-cr-65 MOTION TO WITHDRAW The United States moves to terminate the appearance of Assistant United States Attorney Jonathan A. Porter. The undersigned will be leaving the U.S. Attorney’s Office and provided written notice of intent to withdraw from cases representing the United States on November 8, 2022. With more than 14 days having passed since notice was provided, and with AUSA Ryan Grover having made an appearance as lead counsel for the United States, the United States moves to terminate Assistant United States Attorney Jonathan A.
