ORDER REGARDING SENTENCING AND

Upon motion by the Defendant Dara Buck a.k.a. Dara Butler, through her counsel and with 
consent of the Government and United States Probation, the Court hereby amends the Court’s Oral 
Scheduling Order and Notice of Hearing to allow time to obtain certain medical/counseling records 
specific to Paragraph 42 of the Presentencing Investigation Report (Dkt. 13).  
The Court grants a sixty (60) day amendment as follow: 
1. 
Deadline to File Objection /Acceptance of Presentencing Investigation Report to 
not before December 2, 2022; 
2. 
Sentencing Memorandum to be filed to not before December 13, 2022; and 
3. 
Hearing to not before December 27, 2022.
