ORDER 
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant Daniela Rendon’s (“Defendant”) 
Motion for Return of Property.  (“Mot.”) (ECF No. 85).  Therein, Defendant requests “the 
immediate return of specific aircraft documents (Airworthiness Certificate and Aircraft 
Registration, N7744R, Reyes Aviation Inc.) previously surrendered under a bond requirement by 
the defendant.”  Id.  The Government does not oppose the relief requested, but notes that “[t]he 
aircraft documents are the property of Eliasib Reyes, the Defendant’s fiancé.”  (“Resp.”) (ECF No. 
87).  Accordingly, the Government requests that the aircraft documents be returned Mr. Reyes’s 
counsel, Frank J. Gaviria.  Id. 
UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being 
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the 
Motion (ECF No. 85) is GRANTED.  Pretrial Services is ORDERED to return the aircraft 
documents described above to:
