ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Second Motion to Delay Self-Surrender
(Dkt. 66). On March 6, 2025, this Court sentenced Defendant to 93 months incarceration with a
three year term of supervised release. Dkt. 56. Defendant was set to report to the Bureau of Prisons
(“BOP”) on April 29,2025. Dkt. 61 at 1. On April 28,2025, this Court granted Defendant a forty-
five-day extension of his self-surrender date.
Dkt. 63.
The Court stated that “[n]o further
extensions will be granted.” Id. Defendant is set to report to the BOP on June 12,2025. Dkt. 66
at 1.
In the instant motion. Defendant requests a second forty-five-day extension of his self¬
surrender date.
Id. at 6.
Defendant indicates that the Government and Probation Office oppose
Defendant’s request for an extension. Id. at 5-6. The Court has reviewed Defendant’s motion and
does not find good cause shown. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion to Delay Self-Surrender (Dkt. 66) is DENIED.
