ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Delay Self-Turn In (Dkt. 61).
On March 6, 2025, this Court sentenced Defendant to 93 months incarceration with a three year
term of supervised release. Dkt. 56. Defendant is set to report to the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”)
on April 29,2025. Dkt. 61 at 1.
In his motion. Defendant requests the Court extend his surrender date an additional thirty
to forty-five days in light of his father’s recent medical emergency. Dkt. 61 at 1-2. Defendant did
not indicate in his motion whether the Government opposes this motion. To date, the Government
has not filed an opposition.
Accordingly, upon consideration of Defendant’s motion and for good cause shown it is
hereby
ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion to Delay Self-Turn In (Dkt. 61) is GRANTED.
Defendant’s self-surrender date is extended for forty-five days. No further extensions will be
granted.
