Undersigned counsel respectfully requests that he be withdrawn as counsel for Chandler 
Simbeck.  On November 18, 2021 counsel was appointed to represent the defendant pursuant 
to the Criminal Justice Act.    On March 4, 2022 this court vacated all pending deadlines and 
court dates in this case.  Counsel respectfully asks that representation be terminated and that he 
be withdrawn as counsel for the defendant.
