IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant Chandler Simbeck shall appear for an 
initial appearance in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado ON 
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2021 AT 2:00 PM BEFORE JUDGE KATO CREWS IN 
THE BYRON ROGERS UNITED STATES COURTHOUSE,  1929 STOUT STREET, 
DENVER, COLORADO 80294.   
It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Probation Office of the United States District Court 
for the District of Colorado shall contact the Defendant, Mr. Simbeck, and provide him a copy of 
this Order so that he is aware of the time and date of his initial appearance.  The Probation Office 
shall file a certificate attesting to the effort made to give Mr. Simbeck notice of his required initial 
appearance.
