CONDITIONS OF BOND 
 
 
Mr. Java Carter, through his attorney, and the United State of America, by and 
through undersigned attorneys, hereby move the Court to amend the Order Setting 
Conditions of Release subsection (7)(g) to permit Mr. Carter to travel outside of the 
Eastern District of Michigan with the consent of the pretrial services office, 
supervising officer, or the Court. All other conditions of bond shall remain in effect.

ORDER TO AMEND THE CONDITIONS OF BOND 
 
 
The Court has considered the parties’ stipulation and joint motion to amend 
the conditions of bond. For the reasons described in the parties’ submission, and 
after considering all factors, the Court finds that the ends of justice are served by 
granting the parties’ request to amend the conditions of bond to permit the Defendant 
to travel outside of the Eastern District of Michigan so long as the Defendant has the
