UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA CASE NO. 21-20231-CR-MIDDLEBROOKS UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, vs. CARLOS VAZQUEZ, Defendant. ___________________________/ ORDER VACATING JUDGMENT AND DISMISSING INDICTMENT THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals Mandate dismissing appeal since the defendant is deceased (D.E. 105). Therefore, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that 1. The Judgment in Criminal Case entered on November 16, 2021 (DE 71) is hereby VACATED. 2. The Indictment dated April 16, 2021 (D.E. 19) is DISMISSED.
