UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA CASE NO. 21-mj-02512 McAliley UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, vs. CARLOS VAZQUEZ, Defendant. ___________________________________/ NOTICE OF SEIZURE OF FIREARM The United States of America hereby provides notice to the Court, the Defendant and U.S. Probation that it has seized the firearm located at 5249 NW 7th Street, Apt #408 (the “APARTMENT”) pursuant to a search warrant (21-02600-Goodman) as discussed during the Defendant’s bond hearing on Monday March 29, 2021. The United States of America also provides notice that the new key to the Apartment will be mailed to Defendant c/o Anabelle Lee at 15479 SW 35th Terrace, Miami, Florida, as agreed with Defendant’s counsel.
