MOTION TO ALLOW ELECTRONICS

COMES NOW, undersigned counsel David Marshall, and moves the Court for an
order allowing the following individuals to bring electronics specified below into the
Courtroom of the United States Courthouse in the Northern District of Georgia – Atlanta
Division, beginning 01/30/2024 until the conclusion of the case through sentencing, for the
purpose of access to case specific electronic files and the presentation of evidence and/or
demonstration.
Individuals:
 David D. Marshall – Attorney
 Sofia K. Hirani – Paralegal

Electronics Permitted:
 Laptops (PCs and Macbooks), laptop chargers, and adapters;
 USB Drives and external hard drives;
 iPhones and hotspots; and
 Any other electronics deemed necessary for trial proceedings.
