FINAL ORDER AND JUDGMENT OF FORFEITURE 
This matter is before the Court on the Government’s Motion for Final Order of 
Forfeiture for property seized from the Defendant, Carl Delano Toriagbo, also 
known as, Karl Lucius Delando.  On July 25, 2025, following a jury trial, the 
Defendant was found guilty on all ten counts of the Third Superseding Indictment. 
(Doc. 226). The Court entered the Preliminary Order of Forfeiture on January 30, 
2026, forfeiting the Defendant’s interest in the following property to the United 
States: 
1. FUNDS  
a. Approximately $1,141.89 in funds seized from PNC Bank account 
ending 9499 held in the name of Kremkov Industries; and  
b. Approximately $1,750,018.12 in funds seized from PNC Bank account 
ending 9849 held in the name of Carl Torjagbo, 
(collectively, “Subject Funds”). 
2. VEHICLES 
a. 2022

c. 2014 Lamborghini Aventador, Vehicle Identification Number: 
ZHWUC1ZD3ELA02216, 
(collectively, “Subject Vehicles”). 
3. REAL PROPERTY  
a. 5114 Greythorne Lane, Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia 30068, and all 
buildings and appurtenances thereto;  
b. 101 Holt Drive, Acworth, Cherokee County, Georgia 30101, and all 
buildings and appurtenances thereto; and,  
c. Tract 4 Fiber Drive, Cartersville, Bartow County, Georgia 30120, and 
all buildings and appurtenances thereto,  
(collectively, “Subject Real Property”) (Doc. 260). 
The Court also imposed a personal money judgment in the amount of 
$4,615,080.75, which represents the total amount of fraud proceeds obtained by 
Defendant Torjagbo, that is, $6,366,240.76, reduced by the amount of the Subject 
Funds.   
In accordance with the notice requirements set forth in 21 U.S.C. § 853(n)(1), as 
incorporated by 28 U.S.C. § 2461(c) and 18 U.S.C. § 982(b)(1), the United States 
published notice of the Preliminary Order of Forfeiture, and of its intent to dispose 
of the property, on the official government internet site forfeiture.gov for at least 
30 consecutive days. (Doc. 278). However, no one has filed a petition to the 
property, and the deadline for doing so has expired.

The Government has recognized the cost of service and/or repairs made to one 
of the Subject Vehicles, that is, the 2014 Lamborghini Aventador, Vehicle 
Identification Number ZHWUC1ZD3ELA02216, in the amount of $1,601.85, by 
MotorCars of Atlanta, immediately before the Government seized the subject 
vehicle.   
 
This Court, having found that the Defendant’s interest was forfeited to the 
United States in the Preliminary Order of Forfeiture, that the United States 
published notice of the Preliminary Order of Forfeiture, and of its intent to dispose 
of the property, in accordance with  21 U.S.C. § 853(n)(1), that no third party has 
filed a petition claiming an interest in the property and that the time for filing such 
petition has expired, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that: 
1. A final forfeiture judgment against the following property is hereby entered 
pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 982(a)(2)(A) and 18 U.S.C. § 982(a)(1): 
A. FUNDS  
i. 
Approximately $1,141.89 in funds seized from PNC Bank account 
ending 9499 held in the name of Kremkov Industries; and,  
ii. 
Approximately $1,750,018.12 in funds seized from PNC Bank 
account ending 9849 held in the name of Carl Torjagbo. 
B. VEHICLES

C. REAL PROPERTY  
i.

buildings and appurtenances thereto; and,  
iii.

and all buildings and appurtenances thereto. 
2. All right, title and interest in the above property is hereby condemned, 
forfeited, and vested in the United States and shall be disposed of according 
to law. 
3. From the net proceeds of the sale of the 2014 Lamborghini Aventador, 
Vehicle Identification Number ZHWUC1ZD3ELA02216, that is, after 
payment of any outstanding taxes, expenses and costs incurred by the U.S. 
Marshals Service related to the custody, maintenance and sale of said 
vehicle, the United States shall pay to MotorCars of Atlanta the amount of 
$1,601.85, which shall represent the cost of service and/or repairs 
performed by MotorCars of Atlanta immediately before the Government 
seized the vehicle. If the net proceeds are insufficient to fully satisfy the 
amount due to MotorCars of Atlanta, the United States is not responsible for 
any deficiency balance. 
4.  The amount of the $4,615,080.75 personal money judgment shall be reduced 
by the net proceeds from the sales of the vehicles and real property

identified above, that is, after payment of any outstanding taxes, expenses 
and costs incurred by the U.S. Marshals Service related to the custody, 
maintenance and sales of said property and the payment to MotorCars of 
Atlanta.  
5. The United States District Court shall retain jurisdiction in this case for the 
purpose of enforcing this Order.
