IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, v. CARL DELANO TORJAGBO, Defendant. CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 1:22-cr-00171-MLB-RDC ORDER Upon motion by Defendant Carl Delano Torjagbo, and for good cause shown, the Motion for Extension of Time to File Post-Hearing Brief, [Doc. 105], is hereby GRANTED. Defendant Torjagbo shall file his brief no later than August 12, 2024. The Government shall have until September 11, 2024, to file its response.
