ORDER 
Pending before the Court is a motion by Defendant Carl Torjagbo for a 
continuance of the pretrial conference and extension of time in which to file pretrial 
motions [Doc. 29].  The government does not have an objection to the request. 
Accordingly, the motion is GRANTED.  The telephone pretrial conference is hereby 
rescheduled for August 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.  Pretrial motions shall be filed on or 
before August 25, 2022.   
The delay between August 1, 2022 and August 29, 2022 shall be excluded 
from Speedy Trial Act calculations because the Court finds that the reason for 
the delay was for good cause, as defense counsel needs additional time to review 
voluminous discovery, and to determine what potential pretrial motions to file. The 
interests of justice in granting the continuance outweigh the public’s and the

defendant=s rights to a speedy trial. 18 U.S.C. ' 3161, et seq. The clerk is 
DIRECTED to exclude time from computation under the Speedy Trial Act 
pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, Section 3161(h)(7)(A) & (B)(i).
