ORDER
Pending before the Court is a motion by the Defendant Carl Torjagbo for a
continuance of the pretrial conference and extension of time in which to file pretrial
motions. The Court is further advised that the government does not have any objection
to the request.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is Granted.  The pretrial
conference will be set for August 23, 2022.  Any pretrial motions are to be filed prior to
that date.  The defendant is to notify the Court prior to this date whether there is a need
for the conference.
