MOTION TO CONTINUE SENTENCING

Defendant, David Butziger, by and through counsel, hereby petitions this Honorable
Court to continue sentencing, currently scheduled for November 1, 2021 to a date after
December 10, 2021. As grounds, Mr. Butziger is self-employed and is presently involved in a
long-term work project for which he is under contractual obligation. He wishes to conclude this
project before sentencing, especially given the chance the Court may sentence him to a term of
incarceration. Defense respectfully requests that this hearing be continued to a date on or after
December 10, 2021. The government is aware of and has no objection to this request.
