 1          Plaintiffs respectfully submit this Notice of Errata to bring to the Court’s attention
 2   that, in their Joint Supplemental Brief filed last night, they inadvertently failed to add
 3   brackets to a short quotation to indicate that the quotation is part of a sentence. ECF No.
 4   250 at 4:3-4. The corrected quotation should be (with brackets now added in bold):
 5   “[d]eclarations of class counsel as to the number of hours spent on various categories of
 6   activities related to the action by each biller, together with hourly billing rate
 7   information[.]” Id. (citing N.D. Cal. Procedural Guidance for Class Action Settlements,
 8   Final Approval—Attorneys’ Fees). The full sentence that was being quoted is:
 9   “Declarations of class counsel as to the number of hours spent on various categories of
10   activities related to the action by each biller, together with hourly billing rate information
11   may be sufficient, provided that the declarations are adequately detailed.” N.D. Cal.
