 1          Pursuant to Civil L.R. 7-3(d)(2), Thomson Reuters brings to the Court’s attention Judge

 2   Seeborg’s Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Motion to Dismiss in Katz-Lacabe v. Oracle

 3   America, Inc., Case No. 3:22-cv-04792-RS (N.D. Cal. April 6, 2023) (the “Order”), which was

 4   issued after Thomson Reuters filed its Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification (Dkt.

 5   150-4). The Order is relevant to several issues raised in Thomson Reuters’ Opposition, including

 6   its adequacy, typicality, commonality, and predominance arguments. See, e.g., Order at 13-14

 7   (dismissing UCL claim for lack of statutory standing), 17-18 (dismissing unjust enrichment claim);

 8   see also Dkt. 150-4 at 9, 11-12, 15-17. A copy of the Order is attached as Exhibit 1.
