 1           I, Jennifer Bennett, declare under penalty of perjury:
 2           1.       I am a member in good standing of the Bar of California and the bar of this Court. I
 3   am also a principal at Gupta Wessler PLLC in San Francisco, CA, the firm retained as co-counsel by

 4   the plaintiffs in this matter.

 5           2.       I have several pressing obligations that have taken up and will continue to take up

 6   substantial time over the next month, many of which were not scheduled when the scheduling order

 7   was entered in this case and cannot be moved. Specifically, I have the following deadlines:
