IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA AUGUSTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA V. BRANDON JAMAL THURMOND CR123-021 ORDER Presently pending before the Court is the Defendant's Motion for Extension of Voluntary Surrender Date (Doc. 85). In the present motion, Defendant requests that his report date be extended for sixty days so that he can resolve family issues and attend medical appointments. After careful consideration, Defendant's motion is GRANTED (Doc. 85). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant shall surrender for service of sentence at the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
