MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE DOCUMENTS UNDER SEAL
COMES NOW, Michon Walker, Attorney for Brandon Jamal Thurmond, and respectfully 
requests leave from the Court to file under seal a Motion to Extend Time to Voluntary Surrender and
Exhibit D-1, Exhibit D-2, and Exhibit D-3 pursuant to Local Rule 79.7 - Sealed Documents.
1.
The Motion to Extend Time to Voluntary Surrender should be sealed permanently. 
2.
The motion discloses sensitive information about a minor and medical information about the
Defendant.  See Exhibit D-1, Exhibit D-2, and Exhibit D-3.  Closure is essential.
3.      
Permanent sealing of the motion  is requested because temporary sealing is not adequate to
protect Brandon Jamal Thurmond’s right to privacy and non-disclosure of sensitive
information. 
WHEREFORE, we request an order from the Court approving Motion For Leave to File
Documents Under Seal.
