    1            GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, Defendants Alere, Inc., Alere Home
    2 Monitoring, Inc., and Alere San Diego, Inc.’s (collectively “Defendants”) Motion to

    3 Seal Limited Portions of Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification is

    4 GRANTED.

    5            The Court finds that the information is private and confidential information
    6 related to Plaintiffs, including their prescription medical information. The request to

    7 seal has been narrowly tailored to cover only limited portions of the documents.

    8            As Defendants’ Motion to Seal is GRANTED, it is therefore ORDERED:
    9            1. Excerpts from the depositions of Plaintiffs in this case designated as
   10                “Confidential” by Plaintiffs and attached to the Declaration of Darlene K.
   11                Alt in Support of Defendants’ Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class
   12                Certification as Exhibits 5-11 shall be sealed ; and
   13                2. Plaintiffs’ prescription medical information attached to the Declaration
   14                of Darlene K. Alt in Support of Defendants’ Opposition to Plaintiffs’
   15                Motion for Class Certification as Exhibit 20 shall be sealed.
