ORDER SETTING ZOOM STATUS 
CONFERENCE 
 
On September 29, 2023, the Court held a Zoom Status Conference with Interim 
Co-Lead Counsel, Interim Liaison Counsel, and counsel for Defendant (collectively, “the 
Parties”).  (ECF No. 179.)  Pursuant to discussions with the Parties, the Court SETS a 
follow-up Zoom Status Conference on October 6, 2023, at 12:00 p.m.  The Court will 
distribute the Zoom invitation to all counsel who attended the September 29, 2023, 
Status Conference.  To prepare for a productive meeting, and as agreed upon by the 
parties at the September 29, 2023 conference, the following discovery deadlines apply:  
1. 
No later than October 4, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., Defendant must produce all 
CFPB documents to Plaintiffs.   
2. 
No later than October 4, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., Defendant must provide a 
partial custodial report to Plaintiffs.
