JURY INSTRUCTIONS  
 
COMES NOW, BERNARD OKOJIE, Defendant in the above-styled action, by and
through his undersigned counsel of record, and files this his response to the government’s
proposed jury instructions as follows:
At the present time, defense counsel does not have any specific objections to the
government’s proposed jury instructions.  However, as the trial of this matter proceeds and
evidence is presented, defense counsel will be better able to articulate any objections that he may
believe are appropriate to the government’s jury instructions and will do so at the charge
conference, if necessary.
