FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN:

Artur Ayvazyan’s surrender date of January 3, 2022 is
hereby stayed pending further order of this Court.
2.
Defendant Artur Ayvazyan’s Application for Bail
Pending Appeal is GRANTED.  Defendant Artur Ayvazyan is not
likely to flee or pose a danger to the safety of any other person or
the community if released, the appeal is not for the purpose of
delay and raises a substantial question of law or fact that would
result in reversal of the conviction.  18 U.S.C. § 3143(b).  The terms
of Artur Ayvazyan’s bond shall remain unchanged pending
