AMENDED ORDER DENYING MOTION TO 
MODIFY CONDITIONS OF PRETRIAL RELEASE 
On February 17, 2021, the Court issued an Order Denying Defendant Artur 
Ayvazyan’s motion to modify conditions of pretrial release, that, inter alia, provided 
Defendant with the option of  choosing to use an electronic ankle bracelet as an 
alternative to the Voice ID form of electronic monitoring currently in place. (Dkt. 
No. 127).  The Court hereby amends its order to provide Pretrial Services with the 
discretion to substitute the electronic ankle bracelet for the Voice ID form of 
electronic monitoring in light of Defendant’s work schedule and the concerns raised 
in his motion.  
IT IS SO ORDERED.
