RESCHEDULING AND EXCLUDABLE DELAY ORDER 
 
 
Counsel for the defendant has motion to continue the pretrial conference, 
previously scheduled for May 10, 2021, on the grounds of needing additional time to 
discuss a possible resolution of the case [ Doc. No. 119].  The government has no 
objection.  Therefore, the motion is GRANTED, and the pretrial conference shall be 
held on May 24, 2021, at 11:30 a.m., in Courtroom 1879, 18th Floor, United States 
Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner Drive, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia. 
 
The Court finds that counsel’s need to consult with his client constitutes good 
cause for the continuance and that the interests of justice, therefore, outweigh 
Defendant and the public’s rights to a speedy trial.  Accordingly, the Clerk is 
DIRECTED to exclude any additional time pursuant to 18. U.S.C. §3161, et seq.
