IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ) ) v. ) CRIMINAL ACTION ) NO. 1:20-CR-296-JPB-AJB ANDRE LEE GAINES ) ______________________________________ ) ORDER For good cause shown, the Defendant’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Motions and to Continue the Pretrial Conference is hereby GRANTED. Defendant shall have until October 19, 2020 to file motions. The pretrial conference shall be held on October ____, 2020 at ____. The period from the date of this order to the date of the pretrial conference shall be excluded from the speedy trial clock because the ends of justice served by the granting this extension of time outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendants in a speedy trial. 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(A).
