Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4282, I respectfully request that Your Honor endorse
the enclosed order directing the U.S. Marshals Service to arrange for and fund Mr.
Mundendi’s travel between Dallas, Texas and New York, New York, for his court
appearance on April 4th, 2022, at 11:00 a.m, and a return trip home on the same
day.
