continuance.   
 
The Court finds that the ends of justice served by granting such a continuance outweigh 
the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. The Court, therefore, 
determines that the time from today until the end of the January 2022 trial term shall be 
"excludable time" pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h). Jury Trial is set for the trial term 
commencing January 3, 2021. A Status Conference is scheduled for December 16, 2021 
at 10:30 am and will be conducted via Zoom video conference. A separate Zoom 
invitation will be emailed to the parties closer to the hearing date.
