IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF WEST VIRGINIA AT CHARLESTON UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CRIMINAL NO. 2:22-00122 ALXIS RANSOM O R D E R Before the court is the motion of the United States to schedule a plea hearing in this matter. That motion is GRANTED, and a plea hearing is hereby SCHEDULED for July 20, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in Charleston.
