Dear Judge Vyskocil, 
Plea for leniency  
 
Beginning for leniency for ADEDAYO ILORI. 
 
     I write this my note to you in the Name of The Almighty God The Most 
Merciful, The Most Gracious and a heart laden with pain and sorrow. 
      Firstly I want to acknowledge the wrongs that my son ADEDAYO ILORI my 
son has done and apologize on his behalf and myself that he has hurt.  He is very 
sober and deeply sorry for all the wrongs he is done and is convinced within 
himself to move on with a purposeful life ahead. 
 I therefore beg your honor to please find a place in your heart to be useful to 
humanity and his family. 
As a mother it's been very hard and painful waking up daily with the thought of 
where he is.  I no longer wake up with smile, coolness of emotion and calmness of 
mind but fear and sorrow of not knowing if I will ever see him again before I die. 
It's very painful living without seeing the person who you love and for. Dayo is not 
only my son but my very good friend who understands what I don't say and knows 
exactly how I feel. 
From his childhood he's cared for me with his compassionate heart and has made 
life beautiful for me beyond all measures. 
The proximity between us as he started growing up and mixing with different 
people created these problems and am happy that he's realized why one has to 
think and have good friends. 
     Please temper justice with Mercy for my sake and his family.  We really miss 
him. 
 On my part and over 70 years without anyone to take care of me. I retired as 
Electrocardiogram Technician in Saudi Arabia without pension early 2015 and 
since been managing to support my two siblings with Cancer But as time went on I

can't do much because I have glaucoma and rheumatoid arthritis. All the while 
ADEDAYO was supporting us too because of the situation of life in Nigeria with it 
is high inflation rate high hospital bills and impoverished relations. Nobody to help 
each other. 
Unfortunately both of them died of cancer disease. My brother died February 
14th,2018 and my sister died January 12th,2020 
My sister died on her way to the church so I could not obtain medical report on her 
behalf from the treating hospital UNIVERSITY COLLEGE HOSPITAL. 
The only brother left alive with me was diagnosed with prostate kidney and 
bladder cancer since 2017 which he has been managing till now. 
The right kidney is been removed but the bladder has huge tumor which the 
doctors cannot do anything about it nor will he benefit from Radiotherapy because 
of the bad kidney. 
Right now he is on dialysis and he is paying a lot for his health services. 
I do not really have good financial support from close relations  
In view of my situation I really plead with you MA to let Justice be tempered with 
mercy on my behalf and his children so that we can have a better life for the rest of 
our life. 
ADEDAYO is really looking forward to live a better purposeful life again. 
Please give him the opportunity to make a U-Turn of his past mistakes to a good 
changed person and to see his DAD who his paralyzed and looking forward to see 
him after two and half months.  
May you enjoy the favors and blessings of GOD today and the rest of your life,
