after consultation with the Probation Office, that the Judgment and Sentencing date currently set 
for December 5, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. be continued one week to December 12, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. 
The Probation Office concurs.  This continuance is requested because of a potential scheduling 
conflict for Defense counsel.  Mr. Ashcraft is out of custody.
