IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Phillip A. Talbert, United States
Attorney, through Matthew Thuesen, Assistant United States Attorney, attorney for Plaintiff, and
Heather Williams, Federal Defender, through Assistant Federal Defender Rachelle Barbour,
attorney for Aaron Ashcraft, that the Sentencing hearing may be continued to October 17, 2022.
Accordingly, it is further stipulated that the briefing schedule be continued as follows:

Informal Objections Due to Probation and Opposing

September 19, 2022
The Presentence Report shall be filed with Court

The Court, having received, and considered the parties’ stipulation, and good cause appearing
therefrom, adopts the parties’ stipulation in its entirety as its order. The Court orders the Draft Pre-
sentence Report due on September 6, 2022, any informal objections due on September 19, 2022, the
Final Pre-Sentence Report disclosed on September 26, 2022, any formal objections due on October 3,
2022, any replies due on October 10, 2022, and the sentencing hearing reset for October 17, 2022 at
9:00 a.m.
