Plaintiffs American Video Duplicating, Inc., Tush Law LTD., and Kenneth M. Hahn, 
DBA Cal State Financial, and Defendants Citibank, N.A., U.S. Bank National 
Association, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Bank of
