                           ORDER SETTING HEARING

      Pending before the Court is Defendant Synovus Bank’s Motion to Terminate

Rule 30(b)(6) Deposition, filed on June 22, 2020. ECF Doc. 52. Pursuant to the

Local Rules of the Northern District of Florida, Plaintiff, Sport & Wheat, CPA, PA,

may file a response on or by July 6, 2020. See N.D. Fla. Loc. R. 7.1(E) (“[u]nless

otherwise ordered, the deadline for a memorandum opposing a motion … is 14 days

after service of the motion”).

      Accordingly, it is ORDERED that:

      1.     The Court will conduct a hearing on Defendant’s motion on Thursday,

July 9, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. (CDT) in Courtroom 3 of the United States District

Courthouse, 1 North Palafox Street, Pensacola, Florida, 32502.

      2.     Any party desiring the services of a court reporter will be responsible

for procuring such services.

      3.     Should the parties resolve this matter before the hearing, or otherwise

narrow the issues to be heard, they shall promptly inform the Court in advance of

the hearing date.

      4.     Any party wishing to attend the hearing telephonically should contact

the undersigned’s chambers to make appropriate arrangements.
