Natalie Quillian *07 SPIA Mom, Doer, Runner Former Deputy White House Chief of Staff Natalie Quillian has been a trusted adviser to two U.S. presidents and a former consulting partner with more than 20 years of experience. She formerly was White House deputy chief of staff for President Biden, overseeing the implementation of $2.4 trillion in investments in infrastructure, semi-conductors and clean energy. Previously, Quillian served as deputy COVID-19 response coordinator, where she led efforts to stand up 90,000 vaccination sites that administered 220 million shots in 100 days, and to enable delivery of 921 million at-home tests. She also served as deputy campaign manager for Biden for President in 2020. Quillian was a partner at Boston Consulting Group, where she worked with a range of clients on large-scale transformations and growth strategies. She spent eight years in the Obama administration, serving as deputy assistant to the president and adviser to Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, as well as in senior roles on the National Security Council and at the Department of Defense.
