Dear Judge Williams:
The parties have reached a plea agreement in the above captioned matter and
request that the Court schedule a retraction hearing. Both Counsel are available on May
26, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., if the Court is available to hear the matter.
The Government also respectfully requests, with consent of counsel, that the Court
vacate the Scheduling Order, ECF No. 110, and require the parties to provide an updated
scheduling order, in the event the plea is not accepted.
