12 Plaintiff, STIPULATION TO EXTEND SELF-
                                                   SURRENDER DATE; ORDER
13 vs.
14 APRYL WESTON,
15 Defendant.
16
17 IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties through their respective
18 counsel, Assistant United States Attorney Joseph Barton, counsel for plaintiff, and Assistant
19 Federal Defender Erin Snider, counsel for Apryl Weston, that the Court may extend the date by
20 which Ms. Weston must surrender for service of sentence from June 12, 2024, to July 10, 2024.
21 On May 6, 2024, the Honorable Todd W. Robinson sentenced Ms. Weston to five months
22 of imprisonment. Judgment, ECF #75, at 2. Judge Robinson ordered Ms. Weston to surrender at
23 the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) before 12:00 p.m. on June 12, 2024.
24 Id. On June 4, 2024, undersigned defense counsel contacted Supervisory United States Pretrial
25 Services Officer Brian J. Bedrosian regarding Ms. Weston’s designation. Officer Bedrosian
26 advised that his office had checked the BOP database but that Ms. Weston had not yet been
27 designated to a BOP institution.

1 Given that Ms. Weston’s self-surrender date is fast-approaching and that Ms. Weston will
2 need time to make arrangements to travel to whatever institution to which she may be
3 designated, the defense is requesting a four-week extension of the self-surrender date. Counsel
4 for the government has no objection to this request.
 5 IT IS SO STIPULATED.
 6 Respectfully submitted,
