Velázquez (D-NY) and House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Raúl M. Grijalva (D-AZ) penned a letter to the Department of the Treasury and Small Business Administration (SBA) on disparities that have emerged in the allocation of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans in the U.S. territories.
