                   AGREED ORDER GRANTING MODIFICATION OF BOND

          THIS CAUSE came before the Court on August 26, 2020 upon the defendant’s Agreed

 Motion to Modify Bond (No Self Employment Order) and being fully advised in the premises, it

 is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the said Motion is GRANTED.

 The Defendant is permitted to engage in self-employment as follows:

       1. The defendant must submit proof of each job (estimate of costs, name of contracted

          company, proof of payment). This information shall be provided weekly via e-mail to

          USPO jennifer_darden@flsp.uscourts.gov.

       2. The defendant shall not apply for, solicit, or incur any further debt during the period of

          supervision. This includes any loans under the CARES Act.

       3. The defendant must maintain a business bank account and provide a copy of his

          statement when prompted
