Daubert motions on May 21, 2026. On the evening of May 19, 2026, Defendant filed a
Notice of New Evidence Concerning Class Members Relevant to Its Pending Motion for
Summary Judgment, Its Motion to Exclude Experts, and the Certification of the Classes.
(Dkt. No. 723.) Given that the Plaintiffs have not had the opportunity to respond to the
Notice of New Evidence and its effect on the pending motions or the case, the Court
VACATES the hearing on May 21, 2026 on Defendant’s motion for partial summary
